Core production equipment for YFH Power’s new tabless production line has been successively delivered and installed on‑site. The technical team is fully engaged in equipment joint‑commissioning and process optimization, continuously verifying equipment stability and iterating process parameters to make full preparations for mass‑production launch.
Why Choose Tabless Technology
Tabless is the core technical highlight of YFH Power cylindrical cells. This structure spreads current collection over the full cross-section of current collectors. Current is collected nearby and conduction paths are greatly shortened, bringing lower internal resistance and less temperature rise. It supports higher-rate discharge and faster charging, while improving cycle life and safety performance of cells.
This newly‑built tabless production line will mass‑produce high‑performance tabless cylindrical cells, mainly including models 21700‑50Q and 21700‑60Q. The products target small‑power applications including power tools, garden tools, cleaning appliances, two‑wheelers & micro‑mobility, drones and robots, precisely meeting the diversified demands of downstream customers for high‑rate, high‑safety and long‑cycle cells.
